Vincent den Hartog

Vincent earned his Bachelor's degree in Business Administration from the University of Amsterdam, followed by a successful completion of his Master's in Corporate Communication. To further deepen his acquired experience at Spring and enrich himself with profound theoretical knowledge in the real estate field, he completed the Master's program STREEM with a specialization in Real Estate & Finance at the VU.

Vincent joined Spring Real Estate in September 2020 as a Sales Associate in the Sales team. Starting from April 2021, he continued his career as a Real Estate Analyst in the Capital Markets team, where he applied his expertise to new challenges.

Since October 1st, 2023, Vincent has worked full-time as a Real Estate Advisor at the Spring Capital Markets Residential team. Within the Capital Markets team, Vincent advises institutional investors, property developers, and developing contractors on development positions and large-scale residential investments with a focus on the Dutch market.
