Norbert van Workum

From January 2023, Norbert joined the Property Management team within Spring Real Estate as Property Manager. As Property Manager, Norbert is the direct point of contact for tenants and suppliers, where he will focus on day-to-day communication and increasing tenant satisfaction. Together with the Technical Manager, responsible for maintenance within the portfolio, Law & Regulation, Project Management and implementation of ESG, Spring Property Management has found the balance between technology and human contact.
