Marsja Hoogvorst, born and raised in Rotterdam, studied architecture at TU Delft and specialized in Real Estate & Housing. Her career began in 2003 as a building inspector, and in 2005 she started a traineeship at DTZ Zadelhoff in the valuation department in Rotterdam.
Marsja completed the MSRE program, became an RICS member, and passed the practical exam for Registered Valuer, including a notation for Special Valuations. In 2012, she joined Colliers International as a senior valuer and advanced to Associate Director Valuations. In this role, she conducted international portfolio valuations, was responsible for quarterly valuations for institutional investors, and represented the valuation department in the Industrial & Logistics team. She further specialized in unique valuations such as science-related real estate, operation-bound real estate, and redevelopment projects.
Since 2019, Marsja has been working as Director of Valuations at Thoma Post in Deventer.
At Spring, Marsja is responsible for valuations in the East Netherlands region. Thanks to our position on the list of recognized valuers with almost all financiers and Marsja's registration in the Large Business Register, we are able to support our clients with virtually all valuation inquiries.
