Sjors van Iersel MSc
After obtaining his Bachelor in Built Environment & Real Estate Management at the Avans University of Applied Sciences in Tilburg, Sjors worked as an analyst for IPD Nederland B.V.
He decided to achieve a Masters’ degree in Real Estate Studies at the University of Groningen, expecting to graduate this summer. In 2014, Sjors joined Spring Real Estate as a part-time analyst and researcher.
He transitioned to a full-time position in 2016, supporting Spring’s investment transaction team. Sjors is also responsible for the market reports that Spring Real Estate publishes on a regular basis.
