Mikayel Yetkin

Mikayel Yetkin has followed a diverse career path at different organisations in recent years. In 2011, he obtained his degree in Construction Engineering from Hogeschool Utrecht, after which he started his career as a Junior Technical Manager at one of the largest real estate organisations in the Netherlands, namely CBRE. He subsequently worked as Technical Manager at various organisations, including Cushman & Wakefield and Prominus Vastgoedbeheer.

In his capacity as Technical Manager, Mikayel bears responsibility for various aspects, including portfolio maintenance, legal and regulatory compliance, project management and sustainability. Together with the Property Manager, who deals with day-to-day contact with tenants and suppliers to promote tenant satisfaction, Spring Property Management has struck a balance between technical expertise and personal commitment.
