Maaike Pals

Within the Spring Accounting team, Maaike Pals is responsible for management reporting and handling administrative tasks. Additionally, Maaike plays an active role in standardizing and improving processes.

Maaike graduated in Accountancy from Windesheim in Zwolle. In February 2023, she began her internship at Spring Services. During her internship, Maaike focused on researching the work processes of Spring Accounting and how they could be optimized for a more efficient operation.

As of September 1, 2023, Maaike has become a permanent member of our team.
