Lennard Hoekstra MSc RT

After obtaining his Masters’ degree in Real Estate at the University of Groningen, Lennard worked as Junior Project Developer for real estate developer Proplan Development, located in Heerenveen.

In 2013, he moved to Amsterdam to work as a trainee for DTZ Zadelhoff. Following his traineeship, he spent three years working in DTZ Zadelhoff’s Valuation Advisory Services department as a real estate advisor.

In early 2016, Lennard moved to Spring Real Estate to strengthen Spring’s growing Asset Management team. He also established Spring’s Valuation department, which is being developed as Spring Valuations B.V.

The valuation team now consists of seven team members. Lennard is a registered valuer of the Dutch register for Real Estate Valuers (NRVT).
