ir. Edgar Willems

Edgar studied Civil Engineering at the TU Delft. After gradution, he worked as a Corporate Real Estate advisor at DTZ Zadelhoff for eight years.

In March 2013, he moved to Cresa Nederland to open the Cresa office in Utrecht and Amsterdam. He fulfilled the position of director/ owner for seven years.

In April 2020, he joined Spring Real Estate. Together with Rolf Vermeer, he’s responsible for the daily management as partner of Spring Real Estate Utrecht. The office is located in Utrecht and advises tenants and lessors of commercial real estate. They focus on Utrecht and its surroundings and are supported by all national operating business units of Spring Real Estate.

Edgar specializes in providing strategic advice to real estate end-users, renegotiation, lease and sales of real estate. He advises both tenants and landlords and has over eighteen years of experience in the real estate industry.
