Bas Sijbom LLM

Bas Sijbom will strengthen Spring Real Estate’s Agency Amsterdam team starting June 1st. He joins as a partner with the ambition to lead the leasing team together with Ivar Hillerström from 2025 onwards.

After completing his master’s degree in criminal law at the University of Amsterdam, Bas Sijbom began his career as a lawyer in 2016. In 2019, he transitioned to real estate. At Savills, he held various positions, and for the past two years, he has been Associate Director of the Agency team.

With Sijbom’s arrival, Spring Real Estate fulfills its ambition to further strengthen its position in the Greater Amsterdam region. His addition expands the team to six full-time real estate advisors and a team assistant.

The expansion of the Agency team aligns with Spring Real Estate’s overarching ambition to double in size over the next three years.
